		<itunes:author>22oz Bomber</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Bob Smith, Founder and Brewmaster of Mad River Brewing Co.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>A great interview where Bob Smith, Founder and Brewmaster of Mad River Brewing Co., talks all about beer history in Humboldt county all the way from the beginning of the craft beer movement. He even originally bought his homebrew supplies, for the Humboldt Humbrewers Guild, from Ken Grossman. As you may or may not know, Ken had a hombrew supply store prior to starting Sierra Nevada. Bob's brew system and bottling line came from Sierra Nevada Brewing. All original pieces that Ken and company welded up out of parts to start Sierra Nevada. Bob also talks about his GABF gold medal winning barleywine, John Barleycorn and we hear about Bob's wastewater treament program that makes his brewery much more environmentally friendly.</itunes:summary>
